Changed your mind?


We understand that mistakes happen, people change their mind and seeing something online is not always the same as seeing it in person. If you have a change of heart, just return to it to us within 14 days for a full refund.


Please make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of postage

We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured delivery service. If your returns do not arrive with us, or they arrive damaged we may not be able to refund you. 


Goods arrived damaged?


If you notice that the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and it will be returned with the driver. 


If you have only been able to spot the damage after opening the parcel, please let us know immediately by clicking here and following the steps to create a return.


Noticed a fault?


We’re here to help! 


All of our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty as standard, so if you run into trouble just let us know. It’s probably worth contacting us first (click here to go to the contact page) just in case we can sort it for you remotely.

Refunds


We’ll let you know once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, then your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 14 days.
