We have designed our ordering process to be as smooth as possible.

1. First, find an item you would like to buy, select any additional warranty or operating systems changes if required and click ‘Add to Cart’. If you need any help choosing an item or would like some advice you can use our Live Chat feature to speak with a member of the Lunaco team who will be happy to help. The Live Chat icon can be found on the right-hand side or bottom right corner of your screen.

2. Click ‘View Cart’ or click the shopping trolley icon at the top right of your screen. Double check the item details and options you have selected are what you are looking for and add any special requirements. Once you’re happy with how everything looks, check our terms and conditions, tick the box to agree to them, and then click ‘Place your order’. You won’t be charged anything at this stage.

3. Enter your contact information and let us know if you’re happy for us to contact you with the latest news and offers. Next, we’ll need an address to ship your order to – when you’ve added that, click ‘Continue to shipping method’.

4. The price of each shipping method is automatically calculated; choose which method you would like and then click ‘Continue to payment method’.

5.  Enter your card details and if your billing address isn’t the same as your shipping address, now is the time to tell us. Give everything a final check and when you’re ready, click ‘Pay now’.

 6. We’ll send you a confirmation of your order and tracking details of the parcel once it’s left our warehouse. Now sit back, relax, and wait for your Lunaco parcel to arrive!

We test the battery life of each device, however, due to the nature of batteries deteriorating over time we cannot guarantee that the original maximum battery life can be achieved. Every product will have a minimum battery life of 30 minutes, but almost all will surpass this.
